Big Childcare is a leader in the Out of School Hours Industry

We offer Before and After Care at all of our schools and Holiday Care at the majority.

We are certainly not the largest OSHC provider, however, we pride ourselves on growing steadily through word of mouth and living up to our reputation as a high quality OSHC provider.

We have been serving families throughout Victoria for over 11 years. We like to focus on partnering with schools that share similar values and have a strong sense of community.

Big Childcare has a comprehensive understanding of the National Law and the National Quality Framework (NQF); our practices and operations fully comply with the regulations, and this is reflected in our Assessment and Rating results. 100% of our schools’ NQF ratings (which have been assessed under us) are either an at Exceeding or Meeting rating.

Children are valued and respected as individuals and central to our programs. The programs we offer are developed together with the children, families, schools and community. We are continually critically reflecting upon and evaluating what we offer to ensure we provide positive experiences that are age-appropriate and extend every child.

Its always lovely to drop off or pick up my grandkids and have them always laughing or telling me what they have done at after care. Staff are always super friendly and know everyone by face and name, makes it feel extra safe. We Love our Parkwood Green Big Childcare, Our Daughter is there almost Fulltime and most days cant get her to leave at closing! Bec and Amy have everything from Activities to Meal Plans organised to perfection and even During this crazy Covid Time they have smiles on their faces and huge amount of energy...Thanks Guys you make it so much easier for us Full time working parents and dont have to stress about the care and welfare of our children while they are with you!!
